YES! The more years you are willing to contract for the more we are willing to play with the price with you. The idea is that we want to see you succeed while maintaining a profitable business.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL?
What isn't.  We provide internet, water, janitorial services, conference room (by reservation), parking, security, etc... The only thing we do not provide is a telephone line. However your office is pre-wired for analog phone. We figured you have a cel and we can avoid those extra charge and pass the savings to you!
WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS IS ALLOWED AS TENANTS?
The legal ones! The professional quiet ones. The idea is that this is an office setting building (hence Executive) loud business which require any type of hammering, heavy machinery, etc... is not allowed and will not be granted membership. We want to offer all our members a quiet environment to manage their business.
